driver is software that a device uses to work with your pc.
Download new drivers, go to PC manufacturer’s website or device manufacturer’s website.
for an external device, you need to install the driver yourself, you need to download the driver manually.
If you need to download the driver from the device manufacturer, then you are required to know the device model.

Solution

Here mantion two methods to install drivers

step1: right-click on this pc and go to the device manager from the computer management

step2: select the device that you need to install the driver

step3: right-click on the device and select update driver software.

step3: right-click on the device and select properties. go to the details and select property (hardware id) copy the (hardware id)

step4: go to the browser (google chrome) and type DRP select ‘driver search ‘from (DriverPack Solution)

step5: paste the (hardware id) to find the driver and download the zip file and go to the downloads file and extract the driver.

step6: folow the steps 1&2 then update the driver ‘browse my computer driver software and select the folder you extracted.
